Twisted Village – Terms and conditions of entry and re-entry

 

  1. Tickets or wristbands cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase – so please keep them safe!

 

  1. Weekend tickets include camping on site, although Glamping is available at an additional charge. There is a separate area for campervans / live-in vehicles and a ticket for that area must be purchased separately. You must have a weekend ticket to stay in the campervan / live-in vehicle area.

 

  1. The right of admission is reserved.

 

  1. Management reserve the right to alter or, in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance.

 

  1. Lost tickets will not be replaced.

 

  1. No pets are permitted on site unless used as support for a disability.

 

  1. No glass allowed on site.

 

  1. Strictly no fireworks, flares, Chinese lanterns, smoke bombs or open fires on site.

 

  1. Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the programme if necessary.

 

  1. You must cooperate with the Challenge 25 alcohol purchasing policy. You may be asked for proof of age, so please ensure that you have appropriate ID with you. If you do not have ID and your age is questioned you may not be served

 

  1. Twisted Village Festival will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

 

  1. No unauthorised sound systems or personal generators are allowed on site.

 

  1. Gates to the campsite will open at 12:00 on Thursday 15th August and at 9am on Friday 16th, Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th for standard weekend ticket holders.

 

  1. Gates to the main site will open at 12:00 on Friday 16th August and 11am on Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th for standard weekend ticket holders.

 

  1. Public gates shut strictly for entry & re-entry at 20:00 Thursday 15th, 21:00 Friday 16th & Saturday 17th and at 19:00 Sunday 18th.

 

  1. All vehicles are liable to be searched, and must be parked in designated areas as directed by car park managing agent.

 

  1. Vehicles parked on the public highway will be towed away.

 

  1. Non-camping tickets are available for the same price as a full weekend ticket. Non-camping tickets do not include overnight camping and no camping equipment will be permitted on site.

 

  1. No day tickets are available.

 

  1. Anyone that is caught with a controlled substance will be reported to the Police immediately.

 

  1. Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotion of the festival.

 

  1. Unauthorised alcohol sales are prohibited and will result in eviction.

 

  1. Age 12 – 17, child and toddler ticket holders must arrive with, and be accompanied by, a ticket holding parent or guardian age 21+ There is a maximum of three teens per parent or guardian age 21+.

 

  1. Child ticketholders must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

 

  1. Toddler, child and youth weekend tickets are for anyone within the specified age range on 15/8/19. Ticket holders may be asked for proof of age, so please ensure that you have appropriate ID with you. If you are unable to provide ID you may be refused entry to the site.

 

  1. Cars are not permitted in the Live in Vehicle area at the festival unless they are towing a caravan.

 

  1. Campervans (NOT caravans) are allowed a small 2-man tent OR a small awning alongside their vehicle for children/guests. (more Campervan T & C’s here)

 

  1. If the weather is wet, ground conditions in some areas will be puddled or muddy. It is the ticketholders responsibility to be prepared for the ground conditions. Wear clothes/shoes appropriate for ground conditions. In the event of poor weather ticketholders will be advised to move around the site with caution.

 

  1. Camping Chairs are only permitted in designated areas and will be removed if they are left abandoned.

 

  1. The use of Drones are prohibited and will be confiscated.

 

  1. The accessible camping area is only available to disabled patrons and their carers. Due to space limitations and in order to ensure that we can accommodate everyone who applies, we cannot allow non-disabled persons who are not the immediate carers to camp within the access camping area.
